Doctors have shown time and time again that a balanced diet is essential, not only for people who want to lose weight, but also for your general well-being. Let’s take a look at the top 10 foods which make us look gorgeous.

These substances help the skin produce its own moisture which in the end will lead to shinny skin and hydrated hair.
