2 cups of sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa or chocolate chip
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup peanutbutter
1 tablespoon of vanilla
3 cups of oatmeal
Waxed paper

Instructions:

Put the cocoa, sugar milk and butter in a heavy saucepan and bring the ingredients to a boil. Let it boil for approximately 1 minute and then add the peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Drop the mixture on a sheet of waxed paper using a teaspoon and let it cool until the peanut butter cookies are hardened. 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 -3 1/2 cups dry oat

This is one of the best recipes for no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies. Put the first 4 ingredients in a big sauce pan and boil them for 1 minute. Add peanut butter into the mixture after you removed it from heat. Put the vanilla or almond extract in, add the oats and put the mixture on wax paper until it cools from soft to hard. It’s an easy recipe free of harmful ingredients.

8. Gluten Free Vegan No Bake Cookies

2 cups coconut sugar
½ cup coconut oil
1 tbsp Hershey cocoa powder
½ cup almond milk
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups quick or rolled oat flakes (gluten free)

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and let it boil for one minute. Remove from heat, add the vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate chips and mix it well. Add the oats, put the mix on sheets of wax paper and let it cool. Put it in the fridge afterwards. It’s ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup oats
2 Tbsp agave syrup
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup sweet cocoa nibs (you can use Pillsbury dark chocolate chips for substitution if you’re keeping away from sugar)

Directions:

Blend the cashews and oats into a flour-like consistency. Add the maple syrup, agave and vanilla and mix until smooth. Put the mix in a bowl and add the cocoa nibs. Ingredients:

½ cup butter
½ cup milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 cups brown sugar
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
3 cups rolled oats
¾ cup quick oats

Instructions:

Melt the butter, add the milk, pumpkin, sugar and stir it well. Bring it to a boil, remove from heat, add the oats and the nuts and stir some more. Use a spoon or make them into bars an place them on the wax paper, put them in the fridge for about an hour and then devour them.

5. Nutella No Bake Cookies

Forget about Betty Crocker ovens because with this no bake cookie recipe you won’t need it. This is a simple recipe with no eggs, no flour but not one low in calories so eat it moderately if you don’t want the “fat of the carb”.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup Nutella
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned Quaker oats or cornflake
1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/4 cup flaked coconut
The topping
2 tablespoons finely chopped hazelnuts

Instructions:

Mix the milk, butter, sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan and melt it. Bring to a boil, stir for 1 minute and add the vanilla, salt and nutella. Remove from heat and throw in the coconut, hazelnut and the oat. Put them on wax paper let them set. These no bake bites taste divine. They don’t take long to make and can even be made in 15 minutes. You can use raisin, fudge, white choc, butterscotch, corn flakes and meringue to make it more chewy. You can make it in a bar shape instead of a ball shape. 4. No Bake Gingerbread Cookies

You can make this recipe without the Melissa & Doug baking utensils. Basically, this cookie bakes itself without baking, if you know what I mean.

Ingredients:

2 cups raw organic almonds, walnuts or pecans
6 Medjool dates, pitted
3 tablespoons unsulphered organic blackstrap molasses
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2-inch nub fresh ginger, peeled or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
dash ground cloves
dash ground nutmeg
pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix them until you get a sticky dough consistency. Roll it with your hands and put them on wax paper. Store it in the fridge for half an hour before serving. Making these delicious balls will pave your way into cookie stardom. you can even make a yard sale.

3. Coconut No Bake Cookies

2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

In a saucepan stir over medium-high heat the milk, sugar corn syrup and the butter. Bring it to a boil and stir it for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat and add the coconut, vanilla and pecan. Stir it well until it thickens. Put it on wax paper and let it harden for about an hour.

2. No Bake Paleo Cookies

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 cups Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup almond butter
1 T cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans (or nuts of choice)

Instructions:

In a cooking pan melt the chocolate, olive oil, honey and the almond butter. Remove it from heat, add pecans, cinnamon and coconut. Stir it until all ingredients are covered in chocolate. Drop spoonfuls of mix onto wax paper and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.

1. Banana No Bake Cookies

3 tbs butter
1 small banana, very ripe, very mashed up (pureed is best)
1/2 cup milk, I use almond or soy
3/4 cup brown sugar
A few dashes of Cinnamon
4 teaspoons cocoa
1/3 cup Organic peanut butter or almond butter
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 cups oats, I use old-fashioned

Directions:

Mix the butter, banana, milk, cocoa cinnamon and sugar in a big saucepan, bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes and remove it from heat. Add the peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Drop giant spoonfuls onto a wax paper and put them in the fridge for 4 hours.
