1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 -3 1/2 cups dry oat

2 cups coconut sugar
½ cup coconut oil
1 tbsp Hershey cocoa powder
½ cup almond milk
½ cup peanut butter

2/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup oats
2 Tbsp agave syrup
1 Tbsp maple syrup

½ cup butter
½ cup milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 cups brown sugar
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
3 cups rolled oats
¾ cup quick oats

1/2 cup butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup Nutella
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned Quaker oats or cornflake
1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/4 cup flaked coconut
2 tablespoons finely chopped hazelnuts
Mix the milk, butter, sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan and melt it. Bring to a boil, stir for 1 minute and add the vanilla, salt and nutella. 4. No Bake Gingerbread Cookies
You can make this recipe without the Melissa & Doug baking utensils. Basically, this cookie bakes itself without baking, if you know what I mean.
2 cups raw organic almonds, walnuts or pecans
6 Medjool dates, pitted
3 tablespoons unsulphered organic blackstrap molasses
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2-inch nub fresh ginger, peeled or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
dash ground cloves
dash ground nutmeg
pinch of sea salt
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix them until you get a sticky dough consistency. Roll it with your hands and put them on wax paper. Store it in the fridge for half an hour before serving. Making these delicious balls will pave your way into cookie stardom. you can even make a yard sale.
3. Coconut No Bake Cookies
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
In a saucepan stir over medium-high heat the milk, sugar corn syrup and the butter. Bring it to a boil and stir it for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat and add the coconut, vanilla and pecan. Stir it well until it thickens. Put it on wax paper and let it harden for about an hour.
2. No Bake Paleo Cookies
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 cups Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup almond butter
1 T cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans (or nuts of choice)
In a cooking pan melt the chocolate, olive oil, honey and the almond butter. Remove it from heat, add pecans, cinnamon and coconut. Stir it until all ingredients are covered in chocolate. Drop spoonfuls of mix onto wax paper and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.

3 tbs butter
1 small banana, very ripe, very mashed up (pureed is best)
1/2 cup milk, I use almond or soy
3/4 cup brown sugar
A few dashes of Cinnamon
4 teaspoons cocoa
1/3 cup Organic peanut butter or almond butter
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 cups oats, I use old-fashioned
Mix the butter, banana, milk, cocoa cinnamon and sugar in a big saucepan, bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes and remove it from heat. Add the peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Drop giant spoonfuls onto a wax paper and put them in the fridge for 4 hours.
