4. Myth! Computers damage your eyes
It is one of the most popular myths. After careful analysis, experts concluded that our eyes are not in danger of being affected by long exposure to the computer (and by the radiation emitted which only affect eyes in an insignificant proportion).

5. Myth! Stress makes you get white hairs

6. Myth! Eggs raise harmful cholesterol in the blood

9. Myth! Cholesterol is harmful to the health
Caution! There is “good” cholesterol and “bad” cholesterol in the body. Harmful cholesterol is influenced by saturated fats in foods and can cause serious heart diseases. The “good” cholesterol “feeds” with unsaturated fats from healthy food and plays an essential role in the optimal functioning of the body.
10. Myth! We only use 10% of your brain
It’s a myth that has survived for decades, but experts say that there isn’t a part of the brain which remains inactive throughout life. They have shown that people use more than 10 % of the brain in daily processes and daily activities.
