The KOZO Lamps($169-229) are handmade by Design2009 studio.
“The unique functional lights designed for a wide range of indoor life scenes and atmosphere. The KOZO parts come from around the world and each bares the trademarks of its origin country. The materials are left raw and alive, with little authentic rust at the joints and the marks from hand tools that were used in the assembly process. KOZO is handmade and assembled by us at the studio.”

Coil Lamp – The entire lamp is created exclusively from a 100 foot extension cord that has been wrapped around a laser-cut clear acrylic form. This simple transformation elevates the status of the humble extension cord to the realm of domestic design.
Yantouch Jellyfish LED RGB Lamp – You can change any of 16 million unique colors and brightness levels via its touch panel interface. Check out the clip for details.
Steampunk Lamp – Michael Pusateri. “I used an old wooden cigar box, a few ceramic bulb mounts, a rheostat and few other odds and ends. I did get a little fancy and paint the ceramic mounts with textured copper paint. The wiring was trivial, but I got a chance to use an Underwriter’s Knot. There’s a lot more steampunk I could have thrown at it, but I like the simplicity of this. I used two 60 watt bulbs, so it can get quite bright. It’s much more pleasant at a lower light level.”
