10 Easy Tips for a Gorgeours Skin

1. Knowing your skin type is one of the most important care tips

For what reason? Because cosmetic products – from soap to moisturizers – are destined for a particular skin type, they have a certain pH and therefore have different effects on the skin. The more you know about your skin, the more you know about the ways you can protect it. Knowledge is power.

2. Drink lots of water

You probably hear this advice in many articles related to health and you’re sick of it. But do not underestimate its importance. A moisturized skin is elastic, it better protected you from infection with a higher resistance against wrinkles. Hydration is not just about applying a moisturize, but it should also come from inside of your body.

3. Cleanse your skin regularly (1-2 times per day)

This tip is especially useful when you get out of the house and your skin is affected by dust, pollutants, bacteria. Always wash your skin must using water at room temperature, never too cold or hot water because it can damage your skin.

4. Be gentle with your skin

Even if you use exfoliating treatment, don’t ever use creams that are too strong and do not rub the skin with strength. The skin should not be scratched or inflamed, but easily cleaned with an abrasive pad or a special cream for your skin type. If you’re very thorough in applying a treatment that doesn’t mean it will work better or the substances will penetrate the skin easier. Take tome with your skin.

5. Keep skin hydrated at all times

Follow the rules, especially in case of too high or too low temperatures. A dry skin will deteriorate faster, thus suffering tearing, irritation, cracks. In addition, dry skin is totally unattractive. Choose a moisturizer with a pH suitable for your skin type and do not change cosmetics all the time. If you have tested a cream and you know it’s good for you, stay true to the product.

6. Avoid using soap for skin

Use soap only for the rest of the body and rinse well after using it. Not every cleaning foam or gel is indicated for your skin and make sure you stay away from products with very low or high pH. Choose a product with a pH close to the skin – 5.5.

7. Protect skin from solar radiation

Especially lately, UV radiation became more harmful to the ski. It is thus recommended to use protective creams when skin comes in contact with sunlight (even if it is cloudy outside, experts recommend applying sunscreen). UV radiation increases the risk of skin cance , so choose a moisturizer with a greater degree of protection.

8. Sleep and movement

This magical combination not only contributes to good health, but also to the health of your skin, reducing wrinkles and keeping elasticity. Your skin needs rest and exercise.

9. Properly treat skin disorders

If you notice some irritation, acne you cannot escape from, excess blackheads or any other sign of concern consult a dermatologist. Often, applying a single treatment for skin aggravates the situation and subsequent medical treatment has no effect.

10. Reducing stress is an essential tip

Stress harms the skin, so any measure to reduce stress is beneficial for the epidermis. A warm bath, a walk, relaxing music or any other method to keep stress under control will help you have a healthier skin.
