But this time around, we’ve compiled a different kind of top, that doesn’t contain A listed actors or stunning special effects. The following films are definitely not for the faint of heart, so if you found “Saw” unsettling, you should buckle up, because it doesn’t hold a handle to the following twisted movies plots and deranged characters with psychopathic behaviors.

Let’s kick things off starting with this low budget movie that is weird and unsettling. The very first scene illustrates an incest and it’s followed by a long string of atrocities that are repugnant enough to only think about, let alone put them on film. Still, if you’re curious about the plot of “Mordum”, here’s a sneak peek: a girl vomits on two others before the latter are savagely killed. This scene is followed by a man castrating himself with a pair of scissors and his severed penis is then fellated by a girl.

Director Joe D’Amato shocked the public in the late ’70s with this film that revolves around necrophilia, perverse acts, torture and sadism. The main character, Frank, a devious and murderous guy, digs up his girlfriend’s body in an attempt to preserve their love. Together with his housekeeper, Iris, they embark on a spree of weird acts including removing the organs, eyes and blood from a corpse. The peculiarities don’t stop here. The movie is sprinkled with gruesome killing scenes and queer sexual perversions that probably couldn’t be stomached by the average Hollywood movies consumer.

Following a photo shoot in a rural part of Japan, the crew members try to make their way back home but end up spending the night in an empty house. They spice up their evening by playing teasing sexual games while drinking. Little do they know they’re about to become the victims of a psychopath who will enjoy killing the men and raping the women, culminating with a girl  having her guts pulled out of her in a disturbing manner.
