Yes, it’s real! After years of speculation, the Playstation phone slowly becomes a reality. Actually a hybrid between the XPERIA X10 and the PSP Go!, the gadget will feature a Qualcomm MSM8655 CPU, 512MB RAM, 1GB ROM, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth, WiFi and a screen similar to the regular PSP. The operating system will be Android 3.0 (Gingerbread) as anyone could have guessed and the innovation that really struck me is the multitouch pad found between the directional pad and the action button. The Playstation phone is still in prototyping mode andd it will be commercially available in early 2011.

The subsequent time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I do know it was my option to read, however I truly thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about one thing that you can repair if you happen to werent too busy in search of attention.

As a commentator passing through here, I can’t help but notice how many of the popular games are action games. Wrestling, hockey, boxing, football… all contact sports played by proxie by armchair warriors. Same with the action/adventure games, it’s always about swordfights and physical combat. What does this say about the combatants? Does it speak well of them, I wonder?
