To stay alert and in shape on today’s highways of information you really have to pay attention to your diet. To kick-start your day you really need a breakfast comprised of a fruit juice of your choice, though berries are highly recommended, salmon and a cup of coffee, instead of just meditating and getting a good night’s sleep . Ginseng and berries are also highly advised.
