This photo secured Florian Schulz’s winning position in the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management’s annual awards, which had 4,500 entries from 97 different countries. The photo shows thousands of Munkiana Devil Rays swimming off the coast of Baja California Sur in Mexico.
