  1. Baked Pork Chops with Hot Sauce

The most important thing about this recipe is the meat, and the hot sauce. For this recipe you will be needing :

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium pork chops

  • salt, pepper, olive oil and rosemary

  • two red hot peppers, a big red onion

  • a few mushrooms

  • tomato sauce

How to make it:

  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper, put a little oil and some garlic in the frying pan, and after a few minutes add the steaks. We advise you to cut apply small cuts to it so that it becomes nice and tender. Put more garlic over it, add the rosemary leaves and put it in the oven for 30 minutes

  • For the sauce you will have to take out the pepper seeds out, and afterward slice them into small pieces. Use another frying pan, put a little oil and add the peppers. Use salt and pepper for more flavor, add the mushrooms, let the mix on the fire for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes and tomato sauce and let it cook on the fire while constantly mixing the sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large pieces of chicken breast

  • 1,5 kg of cherry tomato

  • 1 kg of big mushrooms

  • 200 gr of onions and 300 gr of red peppers

How to make it:

  • As we said before, it is very easy to make. Wash the vegetables, cut the mushrooms in two, slice the peppers in small pieces, and also slice the onion.

  • Cut the chicken breast in reasonable pieces.

  • Randomly insert the ingredients on the barbecue sticks, until you have no more room. Season the meat and put the stick on the barbecue.

  1. Turkey Roll

Turkey meat is lean and healthy, and it also has the lowest quantity of saturated fats or cholesterol which makes it the perfect ingredient for people with heart problems. Turkey roll is tasty and easy to make. Let’s take a look at the ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • one can of mushrooms

  • 2 onions

  • 1 kg of turkey chest

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese

  • salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, thyme and paprika

 

How to make it:

  • Start heating the oven.

  • Slice the onions and mushrooms, cook them in the frying pan with a little oil, add salt and pepper. Add cottage cheese to the meat, and after the mushroom and onions are done, add them over the cheese. The meat has to be lean. Roll everything and tie it. Anoint the meat roll with olive oil, season it with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, thyme and rosemary.

  1. Chicken Drumsticks

Everyone knows that you can use a „magic” bag, from the store to prepare a delicious chicken drumsticks dish. Although there are special bags which already have spices and everything, you can also make your own bag and add whatever spices you want.

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken drumsticks

  • 5 potatoes, and other vegetables you want

  • spices

  • a cooking bag

How to make it:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  • Wash and prepare the potatoes. Cut them into big pieces. If they are cut in big pieces they won’t get burned.

  • Wash and season the drumsticks

  • Put the bag in a yena bowl, insert the meat, the potatoes and the spices.

  • You can also add the vegetables you want, just make sure that they won’t loose their flavor due to overcooking.

  • Close the bag, perforate it in a few places, and put it in the preheated oven.

  1. Caramelized Beef

For this dish you will need a special type of meat, called flank steak. It is prepared by Chinese chefs, and it has a special sweet flavor and tender texture.

Ingredients:

  • 350 grams of flank steak

  • 1 medium onion, 1 slender green onion, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of starch, and 1 glass of oil

  • Sauce: 4 tablespoons of soya sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, chilli, oil, thyme and garlic paste.

How to make it:

  • Slice the meat in thin pieces, perpendicular on the fiber.

  • Sprinkle the baking soda on the meat, and let it rest for 15 minutes, wash it with cold water.

  • Sprinkle the starch, let the meat marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Prepare the sauce in the meantime. In a frying pan add a little oil, thyme and garlic paste, let it cook for 1 minute then add the rest of the sauce ingredients.

  • Heat the glass of oil, fry the pieces of meat for three minutes, take them out and place them on tissues so that the grease will be absorbed.

  • In yet another frying pan, put the onion rings, when it becomes golden add the fried steak and mix it. Afterward add the sauce and mix everything until the sauce is assimilated by the meat.   • 500 grams of mushrooms

  • 500 grams of turkey chest

  • one big onion

How to make it:

  • Prepare the turkey breast, and cut it in small cubes. Wash and prepare the mushrooms and also cut them into small pieces.

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the turkey meat, and sliced onions. Cook it for 3 minutes.

  • Add the mushrooms, and put a lid over the pan. Let everything cook for 15 minutes, and start adding water gradually. After another 15 minutes add the sour cream and dill weed.

  • Season the stew, let it rest for 2 minutes ad it is ready!

  1. English Schnitzel

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of beef

  • 1 glass of sour cream

  • 1 glass of white wine

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 50 grams of wheat, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

How to make it:

  • Wash the meat and slice it in thin pieces. Use tissues to absorb the water from the slices, add salt and pepper, and roll them through wheat.

  • Cut the loin in half, and open it up in the middle without separating the two half’s. Peel the lemon skin and make a bed of sage and parsley leaves. Cut the garlic in small pieces and sprinkle them on the sage.

  • Put the pork loin on the bed of leaves, and sprinkle salt and pepper on it once more.

  • Put it in the oven for 50 minutes.
