Combine these with some tricks to look skinnier and you’re good to go!
10. Take the Stairs
This is a simple trick that will help you lose just a bit of weight and also tone your legs and butt. Why take the escalator, because it’s more comfortable? Comfort is for babies! Move if you want to tone up and lose weight! Another great way of moving more is to try walking more – don’t take the bus, walk to work if possible.
9. Workout While You Work
Who said you can’t work out while you’re at work?! There are many ways of toning up and losing weight while working on your computer. For example, you could get a balancing ball and use it to sit on it instead of a chair. You will not only improve your balance, but also keep your body alert, which consumes more calories.
8. Don’t Eat After 7PM

7. Eat Half of Your Normal Portions
This simple tip will do the trick in no time! If you stick to consuming half of what you normally would, you will lose the excess pounds and feel lighters. It has been proven that a full stomach causes people to be more sluggish, that’s why most people get sleepy after lunch. Don’t eat until you’re full, leave a little room and you’ll not only lose weight, but you’ll also feel great.
6. Have Small Snacks in between Meals
Some say that snacking in between meals isn’t good for you, but we’re going to listen to all those studies that say that it is actually good to snack in between meals. This way you will avoid feeling hungry – once hunger sets in, you will have a hard time controlling the amount of food you ingest. Snacking on a handful of almonds two hours after lunch will prevent you from binge eating once when you get home from the office.

If the answer is yes, then it means you’re hungry and you should eat food but if the answer is no, then it means that what you’re experiencing is nothing more than cravings. How many times have we found ourselves in the position of saying: I’m hungry, I want chips when in fact we’re not really hungry, we’re merely craving the salty chips?

If you want to lose weight fast, you should avoid bread or cut it out of your diet completely! And by bread we mean anything that is made with wheat flour. Yes, that includes bagels, cookies, pretzels and biscuits!
