What woman can resist the temptation to taste a bit of a chocolate muffin or a delicious strawberry mousse with whipped cream? Here are ten delicious dessert recipes, easy to cook, that will cheer you up even in the coldest winter evenings.
1. Strawberry mouse with and cream
Ingredients (for two servings): a handful of strawberries (you can also use frozen strawberries), an egg white, three teaspoons of sugar, two tablespoons of sweet milk, cream.
Preparation: First place in a blender the egg white and sugar and mix until it becomes a foam, then add the strawberries, milk and cream. For a stronger consistency you can keep in the refrigerator an hour. Decorate with slices of fresh strawberries and enjoy.
2. Chocolate muffins
Ingredients: a cup of flour, a cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 25 g of butter, a tablespoon of cocoa, vanilla, baking powder, a few bits of dark chocolate.
Preparation: Mix all ingredients in blender, then add the mixture into special muffin shapes. Insert in each muffin half a square of dark chocolate. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then serve with powdered sugar.
3. Banana pancakes
Ingredients: a cup of milk, two eggs, one or two cups of flour (add flour until it has a sour cream consistency), a teaspoon salt. For the filling: a banana, vanilla.
Preparation: Mix ingredients until the mixture is smooth, warm a pan, add a dash of oil and prepare the pancakes. Separately, mash the banana with a sprinkle of vanilla sugar, then fill each pancake with this mixture. You can also add chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream.
4. Microwave apple tart
Ingredients: one cup of flour, half a cup of sugar, two eggs, a cup of sweet milk, a little melted butter or vegetable oil, lemon zest, baking powder, 4 medium apples.
Preparation: Grate the apples and, separately, mix all other ingredients. Then mix apples with the mixture until it becomes homogeneous, place it in a tart pan and put it in the microwave until ready (5 minutes) – you can check with a fork if the dough is fully baked.
5. Tiny croissants with nuts
Ingredients: 250 gr. Flour, two sticks of butter, a cup of roasted and grated nuts, vanilla powdered sugar, a teaspoon salt, almond extract.
Preparation: First, mix vanilla sugar with butter until it forms a smooth paste, then add the remaining ingredients and knead well (possibly in a food processor). The dough is left in the fridge to rest. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll the dough and cut it into small squares. Fill the squares with the nuts and bake for fifteen minutes. Serve with powdered sugar.
6. Brownie
Ingredients: an egg, one cup of sugar, a half cup oil, a cup of sweet milk, two cups of flour, a tablespoon of baking powder, three tablespoons cocoa, one or two tablespoons of jam. For the syrup: seven tablespoons sugar, water, rum.
Preparation: Mix the egg with the sugar, then add the oil, milk and or jam and mix for 5 minutes. Then, add flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix off until the mixture becomes homogeneous. The batter is poured into a tray covered with baking paper and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
The syrup is cooked over low heat until the sugar has melted completely. At the end, the brownie is cut in the tray and the syrup poured. Let it cool a little, then it can be served, possibly with coconut flakes on top.
7. Pear cake
Ingredients: three pears peeled and sliced, three eggs, a stick of butter, 100 gr. caramelized sugar, vanilla, 150 gr. Flour, baking powder, rum.
Preparation: In a cake shaped tray with baking paper, add the pear slices on the bottom and the walls of the mold. On each slice of pear add a bit of butter, a pinch of sugar and a drop of rum.
Separately, caramelize sugar. Mix all ingredients, including caramelized sugar in blender or mixer. Place the mixture into pan and bake for30-40 minutes.
8. Microwave apple dessert
Ingredients: three medium apples peeled and grated, five tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, a handful of raisins.
Preparation: Dissolve the sugar in warm water, then mix with the apples, cinnamon and raisins. The whole composition is put in the microwave for 3 minutes and served hot with vanilla ice cream.
9. Milk and jam porridge
Ingredients: a cup of semolina, one liter of milk, six tablespoons sugar, jam, honey or marmalade, vanilla, a teaspoon salt.
Preparation: Boil all ingredients, except the semolina and jam. After you bring it to a boil, add the semolina, stirring to avoid lumps. Cook 15 minutes, then put in a bowl. Place in freezer 5 minutes, then serve with jam or honey.
10. Shells (pasta) with milk
Ingredients: 100 gr. shell-shaped pasta, 500 ml. milk, vanilla, three tablespoons of brown sugar.
Preparation: Bring the milk to a boil, add the pasta and let it boil until it swells and softens. Towards the end, add the sugar and vanilla. Serve with quince jam or blueberry.
